Something really terrific is happening at
West
Restaurant in Vancouver, Canada. Fantastic menu,
skillful combination of flavours
and top quality local ingredients. Excellent service and room.
I've been to enough fine restaurants to
know when something is particularly special. West.
The New Year's Eve tasting menu, a 3 hour meal:
Tofino Dungeness Crab Salad with Granny Smith Apple
I've only had such innovative and sastifying food a few times.
The wine pairings were perfect,
expert sommelier.
