Piranesi

What a fantastic book, I gobbled it up in like two days. Lyrical and dreamlike and with a constant uncomfortable edge of a psychologically unreliable narrator. Hard trick to pull off in such a sympathetic way. I like how the book drafted off of earlier fantastical themes, particularly Borges' more mystical writing with stories like Library of Babel.
