I didn't like this nearly as much as the previous book. I just had a hard time following it. To many human characters not-well-fleshed out, too much complex action in a derelict space station or something. I just never had a clear picture in my head of what was going on exactly. I liked the conceit of the insipid pet robot but that character wasn't developed as well as I hoped.
Goodreads readers give it 4.23★, from 190,317 ratings. I gave it 2★, −2.2, where I'm usually −0.9: I liked it less than most.
